Thank you for taking the time to complete YOUR VOICE. The information provided will be used for monitoring purposes and improving customer experience. Each monthly prize draw will take place on the 1st of every month until December 2012. The winner will be the first completed survey drawn at random. All questions and detail sections must be completed in order to be entered into the draw. Prizes include Normanby Hall Country Park season tickets, 20-21 Visual Arts centre gift shop vouchers to the value of £20, and vouchers for The Pods. Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone.
